From Vancouver ( 1.5 hrs. ) take the Trans Canada Highway #1 on the south side of the Fraser River, take the Agassiz - Harrison turn-off just past Chilliwack. Take the Sasquatch Highway #7 on the north side of the Fraser River and follow the signs to Harrison Hot Springs.
From Seattle ( 3 hrs ) take Highway #5 to Bellingham, #539 to Lynden, east to Sumas border crossing and head east on the Trans Canada Highway #1.
